At Dharm Ki Yatra, we are committed to delivering your spiritual and devotional products safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship all over India, including metro cities, small towns, and rural areas.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

🚛 Shipping Partners

We ship your orders via trusted courier services like Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post, DTDC, and other reputed logistics providers, depending on your location.

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Uttar Pradesh & nearby states: 3–5 business days

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, etc.): 4–6 business days

  • Remote and rural areas: 5–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to festivals, bad weather, or unforeseen delays by the courier.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 will be applied.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email.

  • You can use this number to track your order in real-time on the courier partner’s website.

⚠️ Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • In case your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to provide an alternative.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • In case a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier company and either reship the product or issue a refund.

🌐 Duties & Taxes

  • All taxes are included in the product price.

  • Since we ship only within India, there are no additional duties to be paid by the customer.
